The Shoes
Well....it was a lot faster than I thought picking out my shoes. I knew I wanted fuschia and when we were looking at bridesmaids dresses I was told at DB they had dyables on sale...hmmmm
I ran back with a friend who knew I didn't want a tall heel, didn't mind a little bling and wanted fuschia. It was $3 to dye them watermelon and my once $65 were on clearance for $26...wedding shoes for under $30?!?! YES PLEASE!

Adding my "Something blue" to the shoes
Well I decided to do my something blue on my shoes. I really liked some of the ideas I saw - the toughest call was what to put!
I opted for our wedding date and opposite our first initials and for me our new last initial.
These were fairly easy. I picked some fonts I liked in Word printed them out. The N is size 100, the J's are size 65, and the numbers are size 72. I Cut and taped them where I wanted it to go and used a safety pin to poke holes to outline it. I didn't trust myself to do it free hand.
To adhere the 3mm rhinestones I used the famous E 6000 glue and a toothpick to put the glue where I needed it, and placed the rhinestones using a tweezers. Let it dry over night and this project was done.

The Bride - me!
Ok I cracked....here is my dress.
I was really stuck between two but this is the one I could picture myself going down the aisle in (and the one that made me cry though I said I was not going to).
Ideally I wanted strapless but the church we are getting married at does not allow it, however, I really fell in love with the capped sleeves.
Funny how "the dress" has features I was not even looking at - sweetheart neckline, capped sleeves, fuller
